Project Log: Here
Making a case out of wood sounds easy at first, as it's softer than metal and most acrylics. However, a wooden mod will needs plenty of carpentry skill behind it if you want to make the end result look good.

Despite the evident talent in our forums, we haven't seen many wooden towers. ToB1 looks set to buck this trend, though, and the early renders show a sleek, clean and traditional-looking PC.

The feature list doesn't end at wood, though. There are plenty other goings on, including an illuminated motherboard tray and custom case feet.

The case feet are also illuminated, and ToB1 has also made a fantastic-looking front panel, which sports a red fan control display and power buttons.

We get a better view of the case's smooth finish here, as well as the great addition of the illuminated case feet. In one of the more recent updates, the case has received its coat of paint - you'd never know it was made of wood would you?
